Good Life Organic Kitchen, Fort Mill

Very cute café style restaurant with smoothies too. I had the sweet potato and black bean burger with sea salt chips. You can add vegan cheese as an option if you want. They have a few other items on the menu that are designated as vegan. My meal was pretty good, if I’m ever in the area again I would stop by.

I was looking for a restaurant that offers gluten-free and vegan options, and Good Life Organic Kitchen did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the gluten-free buns are not vegan, but the veggies burger was delicious when served over mixed greens. I had them modify the smoothie to omit the bone broth. The resulting blue spirulina smoothie was fantastic.

This cute little cafe just opened in Fort Mill and I was excited to see vegan options on the menu. We tried the sweet potato burger and super seed sandwich (I think that’s what it’s called…? and both were very good. While I really enjoyed the food, I did think the prices were very high, especially for a sandwich. I was also disappointed that soup was listed on the online menu but they don’t have soup. Food preparation was also slow but they’re brand new so I’ll give them a pass. I’ll definitely be supporting them in the future, just not as often as I’d like because of the price.

Today my first visit to the good life and I am so glad that I found this place! the food was delicious (a quinoa bowl ordered for me, a smoothie for my daughter and a few dessert balls). everything was fresh and delicious. the interieur is beautifully decorated. you can sit inside or outside. I will return soon! so glad that we have such a place to continue mill!
