Jimmy John's - Fort Mill

The store is fast and things are fresh, but when I order guacamole on my sandwich (and pay extra) and have to find the sandwich, I feel like I was torn off. On the other hand, if you need salad, I have a lot to share here. Better JJ.

The workers are attractive but always seem out of it. They never have day old bread. : Subs are always good and well made.

I place the order online,for delivery at 12:05... at 12:30pm I call back and forth 5x to get eta. on the driver (Slack freaking fast delivery) by 12:55 I called back to cancel the order ; asked for the confirmation of the cancellation .... the ? rep?accused me of having attitude and then hung up in my face. ?As if I did something to her?. I Called back, store manager answered. Defending his employee in stead of evaluating and teaching proper customer service. Just a little advice not the place you want to use if you expecting food fast service, for you hard earned money. Jersey Mike?s way better!

Great spot for a quick meal. Service is super fast. Sandwiches are ok. I'm vegan so there weren't many choices for me to pick from. Ordered the veggie #6) on French bread with no cheese or mayonnaise. Not much flavor. The guacamole made it tolerable. My family, who aren't vegan, says the sandwiches are really good.

I really enjoy Jimmy John's! Every time I visit, the staff is entertaining and brightens my day. The sandwiches are delicious, but it's the staff that truly makes the place special. Unfortunately, some other customers can be quite disrespectful to the staff and to me, which is why I gave it 4 stars. For instance, one customer interrupted me while I was placing my order to ask where the napkins were and had the audacity to huff at me, claiming they would order after handling their request.
