Contribuisci feedbackMy fiancée stopped by a coffee shop before work this morning, and the employee was rude. Despite there being bagels visible on the counter, the employee claimed they were out. She proceeded to make the coffee and carelessly threw it on the counter. It was disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior.
I used to visit this restaurant every morning during my workweek without any issues for the past few years, but recently I have had a number of problems with my orders at a new location near my home. The baristas seem reluctant to take my order as is and often try to change it completely, even though I know exactly what I want. My order has been incorrect multiple times, including today. I may just go back to the original location near my work, despite the inconvenience. This review is for the location on Stockbridge in Fort Mill, not the one I am currently at. I did speak to the manager here, who offered to fix the mistake, but I declined as I wanted to provide honest feedback.
Olivia seemed quite uninterested when I ordered my latte, even though I was the only customer. The coffee was good though.
I'm not huge on her coffee because I don't like dark roasting, but I love her black tee.
Fall frappuccinos are amazing !Salted Mocha Caramel is my favorite.
