Subway - Fort Mill

The atmosphere is very relaxing, the staff is knowledgeable, and they serve delicious sandwiches.

This restaurant is a terrible situation. The employees are very rude and the overall cleanliness of the staff and equipment is unacceptable. I observed workers not wearing gloves, touching their faces and hair while preparing food, and the substation and behind the counter were always a mess. During my last visit, I witnessed two workers smoking and then handling food without washing their hands. It is a rough experience. There is nothing positive to say about this place. I will never return, I would rather go hungry. The owner is just as bad, with no standards and his employees have terrible attitudes and lack care and pride in their work. I believe the corporate of Subway needs to step in and make necessary changes. I have reported these concerns to the health department.

Good if they are open, but obviously closed for the past week. hopefully not lasting.,

I will never spend my money here again the manager don is apparently a small key racist or something. my brother worked here and was called rob by another employee and was also threatened. this happened at several locations don switches their shift so they couldn't work together. yesterday on 6.21.22 my brother went to work and rob showed himself (not on schedule at all) and continued to harass my brother for at least 10 minutes while I was watching on our video call. my brother n other coworkers tried not to contact and no answer. to avoid a change, my brother left the work 30 minutes early after he had reported his superior. don told the superior almost 3 hours later to fire my brother. rob is not done. that is the worst thing my brother ever had to experience at a workstation. if someone has any suggestions about which I can turn to this thema, please let me know because don is the owner and I need someone higher who can treat this matter. the constant harassment and threatening and the circumvent with racisim at work is unacceptable. we will not let go of this problem.
