Taco Bell - Fort Mill

This is the worst restaurant I've ever encountered. Every time I've visited in the past year, the drive-thru staff hardly speaks to you. When I reach the window, they’re often seen lounging around and vaping instead of attending to customers. The attitude of the employees is appalling. It honestly feels like they might even tamper with your food or drinks out of boredom. I can't comprehend how this place stays in business. If I could give it negative stars, I absolutely would.

My experiences here have been inconsistent at best. I was informed that there would be a 5 to 10-minute wait tonight, so I decided to wait. However, I ended up standing in line for a total of 30 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore. When I drove past the window, I noticed that no one was inside doing anything. If you wanted to close early, it would have been better to just say so instead of making all those cars wait for no reason.

I would rate their conduct and treatment of customers a zero. I hope the management team reviews the footage and provides their employees with some training on customer service.

I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered the grilled chicken power bowl. When I started eating, I realized there was no chicken in my power bowl. I walked in to complain only to be confronted by the person who made my food whoinsisted that she knew she had put chicken in my bowl. So basically she tried to imply that I ate the chicken in my car andcame in to get more. I have never felt so insulted by a Taco Bell worker, the nerve to try to say I had eaten the chicken. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, tried to make it look like I was trying to get a freebie.

Ordered at the terminal inside the store. I specifically ordered a soda and a chicken burrito to go. The staff member gave me a bag with my food, I had to ask for a drink. She brought me a sweet tea. Got out to the car and back on the road discoveredthat I had received a beef burrito instead. Just not trying.
