Came here randomly on Saturday for an inspection and thought to ask if they 'd install some parts on my Triumph.They said yes, held the parts for me, and agreed to squeeze me in the following week.Come the day got me in, got the work done, tech asked me to come into the workspace to verify placement, got me out.On the Saturday, and again on day of, took the time to listen to the shop.Everyone in a pleasant mood. Cooperation between the techs, clean workspaces, consistently pleasant interactions with customers (in person and on the phone), willingness to deliver bad news honestly, genuine enthusiasm for the brand, and for motorcycles in general.Not sure how I 've missed Rockwell in the past, but I can 't recommend them highly enough.

This is one of those rare motorcycle shops where everyone is friendly and professional. Great prices on work and tires too. Plus some of the coolest stuff sitting on the floor. They have a Desmosedici RR!
