Contribuisci feedbackI found worms in the fish, which made me feel sick trying to pull them out of my teeth. We informed our waitress, and the manager returned after getting more fish, only to say that the issue was present in all of it and seemed unconcerned. After that, I couldn’t eat anything. The waitress did her best to address the situation, but the owner refused to help. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.
The images in the gallery are inaccurate. Oysters have been removed from the dinner menu, but the prices have not been lowered. The staff mentioned that many customers have voiced their complaints, yet they cannot provide an explanation for their removal.
Food was great. Excellent selection and for once a Chinese buffet that has hot food. The sushi and dessert selection was a nice touch as well. Servers were friendly..Only downfall was I didn't see any boneless ribs on the buffet. Otherwise the selection was great..
The restaurant was quite busy, but the food was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed everything I ate! Food: 5/5
I’ve been a server/bartender for 15 years. At the moment I’m working retail, however my food handling certification is still valid.At the hibachi the man working the station refilled the shrimp and then fished out the ones he spilled in the other raw food holders, okay happens but cross contamination. Then he grabbed the raw pieces of protein that had fallen on the customers side and put them back in the individual raw protein containers, gross but again I’m aware it’s all going to get cooked, however guests and had been all over the plates that were now gliding over where he just put the raw bits of mixed protein back. Then he knocks the tongs that guests were grabbing the chicken out of the container, into the chicken completely, and just put it back right side up, leaving anyone to grab RAW chicken juice covered tongs to get that protein. The final straw for me was him refilling the pineapple from the open giant can, he realized he couldn’t get the sharp flap open so he grabs the CHICKEN tongs and uses the raw chicken tong in the can…. That was my breaking point.My server was lovely, remembered our drinks and was very attentive. I didn’t bother her with it because she doesn’t need that stress or worry we were going to take it out on her tip (we didn’t, she got a 20% tip not her fault for any of this). I told the manager specifically after we paid to not get any money off the bill, she was rather dismissive and said “some times he forgets and just thinks well it’s all getting cooked” however that is no excuse, I sincerely hope that the health department pays an extra surprise visit this quarter. You are going to kill someone. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.
