Despite them doing a lot of business, the drive-thru and order desk inside moves very quickly and the people are as usual for this outfit extremely polite and kind. You can tell from head to toe this place has strong Christian values in their approach to running a business. If you're one of those people that for some odd reason doesn't like this kind of comment or reality than too bad. I think you need to search your soul and what's going on inside of you that you would actually find what I said to make you uncomfortable. You might just be captured by the wrong kind of thing and force in the world and re-examine your life. Anyways back to the review, this place was amazing in that it was extremely well kept and we saw the manager with an employee going around the restaurant making sure everything was tidy including the washrooms. As usual for Chick-fil-A the prices are reasonable The food is off the charts excellent 10 out of 10 and this experience was not just flawless but extremely enjoyable and tasty. Well done Chick-fil-A.
It was a busy place, place needed to be cleaned a bit. I saw 4 tables that were dirty and the floor was sticky. Staff were great I felt bad that they could not focus on being cleaned. The line floor was a bit dirty. Some of the employees did not seem to be happy. The restrooms were dirty filled with paper towels and t.p, on the floor it also had water on the floor. Overall, the experience was not good or bad. Would have liked to be able to serve my own Coke and control the ice in my cup. There 's are just little thing nothing big but after all it 's the little things that make the place work.
Not sure why people wait in long lines for there overrated food. Just a fast food place with a chicken theme

Don't go here, save yourself the mica. Go to Bonita Springs, they are much better never have any problems. People are very nice, but I asked my order to use my points. He didn't help me explain. I asked for a sandwich with cheese not a meal .. because I'm keto, I can't eat the bread or fries. I'm going through the fact that he charged me for a meal, so I have to throw away my fries that I paid and didn't even want? I'm limited to food I can eat on the run. They are proud of customer service, but do not know how to listen, he even repeated my order back to me. Very frustrating. I won't return, I gave them so many ways to think, maybe the person just had a bad day. Now I recognize it as a bad training.
