Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Myers

I love eating here. that was our first time, and it was very nice to my surprise. they don't let you eat there because the COVID-19, but you can order and take home. the place was clean and the ladies at the switch where very nice. one of them could not understand me, I think because the conversation through the face mask is a pain, but another came to my rescue and she took our command. we order the steak plate without rice and it was fantastic. I didn't know you could decide which ones you wanted to do in your teller, so I had to apologize for keeping the line a bit. I would definitely recommend it. I can't expect to go back. we also have two burritos to go for our teenagers and they loved it.

Girls on the line have it together. eating service is great and fast. today they were extremely patient with the guy standing behind me who was particularly difficult. I visited this chipotle and never had a problem.

I love this restaurant and the menu! People were super nice, South West Spicy Cuisine good portions, good pric. Really nice atmosphere. VERY NICE

I visited the Chipotle at 8:00 PM to place an order for my wife and myself. I was eager to try the new steak, but unfortunately, they only had steak available, so I decided against it. The staff member who prepared my burrito didn’t seem interested in his job and forgot to include the sauces I specifically requested on the side. The manager at the register quickly informed me that my free queso coupon didn't cover the larger size, but then she also forgot to include the chips I paid for in my order, making the queso practically useless. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my 2-year-old, and the cashier charged me $9.90. However, the menu clearly states that the only cheese quesadilla is $4.45. I asked for a refund because I was overcharged, but they refused to give it to me because I didn't specifically request the children's quesadilla. I wasn’t even aware there was a separate menu! Isn't it the staff's responsibility to inform customers? The service was simply terrible.
