Coldwater oyster market was amazing. from eating to service! the food was delicious, we share a connecticut lobster roll, calamari and 1/2 west coast oyster and everything was delicious! the manager is so involved that he serves food, greets customers and even keeps the door open. that is a restaurant we want to return to and take our families.
This place is legit. We had 2 dozen summer love oysters. The oyster is very informative and would be very helpful to someone new to them. A must have is the tuna egg roll and house made donuts. Everything was fresh and delicious.
We had lunch today and had a great time. our server, jessica, was very friendly and attentive. the food was also perfect, thun-fishing were delicious, and the oysters were super fresh (they had only east coast while we were there, but said the west coast would be on this evening. my man had the maine lobster roll and I had the dungeness crab meal. we shared the half (which is shown). but you don't see the giant claw on the teller of my man! , really a good amount of crumbs. we had a FMBrew seltzer, but they have many other handcrafted drinks there. can't wait to try again, utter more!
Great experience with my daughter who just pulled into the opposite. we had tried some other restaurants since the departure from chicago, but were not impressed. I started to believe that we didn't have much luck finding something good during my visit. fortunately, I was wrong. our dinner was great. we had a couple of oysters that pei mush (please serve them with thin cuts as an option for the excellent brot! , and a few lures the steak frits and chilled crab legs. the steak was very good, with a beautiful presentation and more excellent sauce. the chilled crab legs were even better and came with carrots and mais on the bob. the cocktail of my daughter was great. I had some ipas. the design beerlist is good, but not incredibly extensive. I wasn't in the mood for wein, so I didn't check the list. the staff was immediately and polite. one of the owners, Erin, came by to chat with us. the prices were reasonable. a great experience. we're safe back.
