Courtside Steakhouse - Fort Myers

Courtside Steakhouse was absolutely Fantastic!! We loved it so much we had dinner there 3 nights in a row!! The wait staff took excellent care of us!! The food was absolutely delicious with great wine!! Can’t wait until we visit again!!

We were unfortunately disappointed with our recent experience at Courtside Steakhouse. We were in town for a conference taking place at the resort and thought we would have dinner at the on property steakhouse for convenience. Our waiter was relatively nice but honestly difficult to deal with. When asked how items were prepared, members of our party were asked if they had a problem with that rather than saying something to such as its normally prepared this way but I 'd be happy to ask the chef if he can accommodate your request . The same happened when asking for a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Even Denny 's will at least tell you they are happy to brew a fresh pot. Here we were told, well I COULD do that for you but I assure you there 's nothing wrong with the pot we brewed earlier . The food was certainly pretty good but the service and the fact that the restaurant is currently only accessible via stairwell due to a broken elevator made our party of partially handicapped individuals less than enthusiastic about visiting again for future visits to Ft. Myers. We expected better service than a diner when eating at a white tablecloth steakhouse.

Excellent Excellent Excellent Steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. Service was impecable. Would highly recommend.

Our group of nine arrived without realizing that the elevator was out of service due to Hurricane Ian. Since the restaurant is located on the second floor and our guest of honor uses a wheelchair, we feared our evening was ruined. However, the staff was incredibly gracious and accommodated us in a private room on the first floor! They couldn’t have been more helpful! To top it off, the food was plentiful and delicious; we highly recommend this experience! Many thanks to the quick-thinking and exceptionally welcoming staff for making our evening so lovely!

Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. From start to finish, it was truly disappointing. Our waiter was condescending, had a limited grasp of English, and rarely checked in with our group. Additionally, while the manager made rounds to inquire about the diners' experiences, he overlooked our table initially and only returned to check on us when we caught his attention. The only highlight of our experience was the ribeye, along with the excellent service provided by the assistant waiter. I would advise individuals of color to be cautious when choosing this restaurant.
