We went to get a delicious donut, unfortunately they had only one type available. we have a chai latte that was very good, but the cup wasn't even 3/4 full. we also have a zimt rusty bag with a generous amount of cream cheese. the bathrooms were locked so they could not use them.
Online order. stops in box and said worker I had an online order. instruction to get to the window. 4 employees who saw me all without confirmation for 5 minutes before waiting for me. customer service lacks great time.
The early morning staff 5am is always super friendly and my order is always perfect. also they move quickly to make the order. the only reason I give him three stars is because of the afternoon crew, they are terrible. they are all laughing in the inner and screaming on their phones. condemned my order twice, and when the drive thru window it takes forever to time. Even in the inner there was only 1 customer before me and I had to wait about 15 minutes, only for 2 bagels. if it weren't for the employees in the afternoon, I would have given them a five-star service. I'm just coming back at the one.
We normally enjoy going to Dunkin '. Unfortunately, this time they were out of almost everything. We asked for a sesame bagel. The woman said they didn 't have sesame, so we asked for a plain bagel. The woman then said, well, we don 't have any bagels. It took us a while to finally choose something they actually had available.
