Excellent three-cheese grilled cheese and creamy tomato soup. Excellent biscuits and gravy.Emily was such an amazing server. She was so friendly and helpful in making choices. It was a birthday week for our family and she took pictures for us and brought my sister a free banana pudding that made us all come back the next day with the intent to get it for everyone. On our second visit, we had another wonderful server, Larry. Again, great meals all around and friendly people.Emily and Larry added to the overall wonderful experience. The restaurant is clean, all the food coming out looks so fresh and good. I 'm jealous of the family members that get to go back, since we were just visiting. We will make it a must-stop on any visit.
We had breakfast there. Awesome food, great service and good pricing. The outside is pet friendly which is a must and it overlooks the water. Would definitely recommend.
I had the pleasure of visiting Ella Mae's diner for brunch and enjoyed a delightful experience. The food was excellent, and the **** Marys were a highlight, perfectly complementing the meal. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall charm of the place, making it a great choice for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch outing. I highly recommend it if you have not tried it!
11/23-24/2023While staying at the hotel,I ate breakfast here two days in a row at the counter. Both days, service was excellent. Food came out quick and the coffee was good (free refills).Day one, I had the biscuits gravy with two eggs and tomatoes. Really good, a solid meal for under $10Day two, I had the classic two eggs with hash browns, sausage and toast. Really good and the potatoes were the star of the plate.I saw some **** Marys being made and they looked good.Note to self: get one next time.Note to you: get one now.
First off the only entrance to the diner from outside building is on the South East corner with very limited parking. Why they have doors on North and East side then keep them locked is baffling. Probably against FIRE CODE as well. Now to the experience everyone was smiling and happy to assist. Service was excellentHad my typical breakfast 2 eggs ,grits, bacon , and a sausage gravy biscuit. Solid 10My date loved the Bourbon French toast.Only to complaints was the access doors and the price of the Mimosas are a little high.
