Mcdonald's - Fort Myers

Food was cold and evil Big Mac had ketchup on it and they don't come with ketchup. It was as if they had taken an already made cheeseburger and made him into a big Mac.

SCOPE beverage price policy. Large soft drink is $1.00 and an older soft drink is 2.99 cents. It is bad enough that there is only one penny difference, but they give seniors a small drink.

Tryed to correct the order in the window and they told us that we had to return by the drive to order new ones. What makes sense? If there is a register somewhere where they hit it again and did things right. We have a look as if we were from a foreign plant when we asked why they could not just ring us around another sandwich and we pay them there. Wow! They weren't rude or something. But the whole concept was not understood.

Yesterday I went through the Drivethru and asked to order barbecue chicken nuggets, and the employee said that? this is not chic fil a and they have not grilled nuggets? I said I knew it was Chic Fil and said she wouldn't serve us. She asked about her name and she said I don't have to give it to you, I'm the manager. She was very angry and should not be the manager of any place. I'll go there once a year, but never again.

Food was okay it's been a long time since I've had McDonald's. Waited too long to eat and sugar was dropping. However the delivery window seem to be having some issues! I only got a two cheeseburger meal so I would have one for later and a nice cream cone diet no ice. Didn't think you would be that difficult
