Panda Express - Fort Myers

You messed up my order! I clearly requested half chow mein and half fried rice, but I only received chow mein. On the bright side, the food was delicious!

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice and added a steak supplement. On the positive side, the dish was fresh, spicy, well-seasoned, and overall quite good. The fried rice came with a boiled egg and carrots, which complemented the meal nicely. However, I found the total cost to be a bit steep at around $11, especially since the steak add-on was an extra $1.50.

Good food, good quantity with first class quality. I really enjoyed eating.

The food is good but the service is really bad. I probably stood in line for 45 minutes because they're so busy and trying to pay attention to to go orders and leave us standing there. They should have one individual working to go orders so the rest can concentrate on the line of 25 people. There was a young man in line behind me and placed it to go order and he got his food before I ever got up to order mine. Also by the time I got up there in the front section they only have one on tray left, three was missing and she said they wouldn't be replacing. It was only 6:00 p.m. they need to concentrate on the cleanliness as well

They were busy, but the employees remained calm. Even though the line was long, the employees served everyone in a timely fashion. Meanwhile paying attention to the customer and their orders. It was strange that there wasn?t music playing in the background, but it was still very peaceful. I was very happy with my food, and how it tasted. The portions were good, and I didn?t feel like I was being robbed on the serving size. I would definitely come back and recommend eating here if you?re look for Chinese food that doesn?t taste greasy.
