I just want to say after a long working day that's exactly what I needed. Thanks for always being amazing. I'm more than happy. We love your team!!

Very hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is so-so, and sometimes it just isn't good at all. There have been multiple times where half of our order was missing and we would have to call to get the rest delivered.. There was one instance where we received a whole box full of..sauces... Yes, sauces. When the delivery driver returned she was very confused as to how that happened (but also very apologetic) it's very frustrating that they can't double check orders before heading out for delivery and/or double check the order before handing it off to a driver. I have ordered a papadilla twice. The first was good, and the second was oddly much different than the first and also prepared wrong.(Asked for no onions, and recieved onions) We have tried some smaller pizza chains here in San Carlos and have been soooooo much more happy with customer service experience along with quality consistency. It's a shame that this is the only Papa John's near us and that we can't resort to a different location.

Just so you know, this particular Franchise location doesn 't have to abide by the Papa John 's Quality Guarantee . If your pizza is late and already paid for, then you 'll get you pizza when and if it gets there; and there 's no apology or discount, to say sorry for the inconvenience. It 's your fault for calling and If you 're truly upset, then take it out of the delivery driver 's tip, because that we overloaded him with orders and we don 't have/or trained on basic customer service skills and common sense. Just call Jets Pizza or maybe even Olive Garden!
