Pf Chang's Fort Myers

We really like the variety of delicious dishes offered at P F Changs.

I sat in the bar area. The food was good, but the service was lacking.

The food was great, but the noise level was a major issue. It was so loud that my friend and I struggled to have a conversation.

Food of poor quality. Credit card not returned with bill.

We were meeting family for a meal at PF Changs. My son wasn’t able to come, so he wrote down a meal he asked us to order for him. We gave the written paper to the Waitress. Before we left, our meal for our son was given to us. We were shocked at the cost, but paid it anyways. He chose the dinner for two, that he noticed on line was around 30ish. We were charged double. After arriving home, I had him call the restaurant, manager who was a little rude. Waitress when asked by management about the written note, said she never got a paper note, even though she came back with it to ask to get clarification on one of the menu items he listed. We did get a small refund on one meal.
