Saigon Paris Bistro - Fort Myers

I have never tasted a soup as delicious as the Hue Vegan soup at this restaurant. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese soups and this place has the best. When I used to live in the area, I would visit every Sunday and the server already knew my order. I often find myself tempted to make the 4-hour drive back just for the soup. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for a regular visit. While they do offer other vegan options, the soup is so incredible that I never want to try anything else.
