Dunkin' - Fort Pierce

Today, I had the best experience I've ever had at this Dunkin'! When I ordered a mocha cold brew at the drive-thru, the woman on the speaker was incredibly friendly and said she would make one just for me. As I moved through the line, she mentioned that she made my mocha with love, and I could truly taste the difference. It was, hands down, the best mocha cold brew I've ever had! I felt really special, and the drink was absolutely beautiful! I like to call it my adult chocolate milk—so delicious! The customer service was excellent, and the coffee was exceptional! This Dunkin' keeps getting better and better!

Nicole is absolutely incredible. When the restaurant is fully staffed, the experience is outstanding. Even when she’s the only one working—which happens frequently—she still manages to make your day a little brighter. That’s why I keep returning as a customer.

Despite encountering staffing challenges like many others, the restaurant truly strives to adapt by reallocating staff from other locations and adjusting employee shifts to enhance customer service. A heartfelt thank you to Crystal, Nicole, and Brandon for their dedication and hard work!
