I used two paper towels to get some of the oil I grew up on 18th Avenue in Brooklyn New York, and I don't expect anyone to compete with them... in the past I had decent pizza from Frank and Al's, but I don't know what happened lately, it seems to have gone downhill
Answer to the owner who responded to our assessment. Your answer makes the reader wonder if you even read the previous review completely. The fact is that the pizza was bad the next day, and yes, it was cooled. The problem with pizza was something to do with the cheese. As already mentioned, we brought back the pizza and your employees were polite and understanding, and agreed to replace the pizza. We drove 30 minutes back to your location to get the pizza we were told about was remade. Upon arrival we were told that the owner refused to make the pizza. It is your answer to our first review, why we and others should avoid your location until you take out all your loyal customers and new management. We order food from Frank Al?s all the time, especially their pizza; that is until today, as we see how they really care about their loyal customers. We ordered a $30 big meat lover pizza last week for my son who usually keeps it in the refrigerator and warmes 1-2 slices a day when you return from school. This special time he could no longer start eating pizza day 2 as the cheese had a bad smell and taste. We took the pizza back to Frank and Al?s today and their employees agreed to replace it without any problems after they explained what happened. We had the orders to run and said we were back in an hour. After the 30-45-minute drive back, we were told that the owner said not to make the pizza. What a Hugh wastes time and money. Your pizza is too expensive as it is, but the kids liked it so that we were loyal customers, but no longer, we will never return to Frank and Al?s that obviously $30 about a relationship with a loyal customer.
The pizza crust was good, but the cheese and the sauce had not tasted enough. the woman's bath was very dirty. service was good.
The friendly staff was fast with our order especially for a Friday night. Frank, the owner was back to spray pizza. The people in front were friendly and helpful in every way. Definitely a great date night stop, especially with delicious handmade ice cream next door. I wouldn't know if it wasn't for Frank and Al's. Thanks for you
We love to eat at Frank and Al?s in Fort Pierce. Their food never disappoints! Everything from the lasagna down to the croutons and everything in between, the pizza, wings, knots, salads, subs, etc.. Everything always tastes delicious! We love it all! I?ve tried lasagna from just about every restaurant and Frank and Al?s makes the best! For those who comment that the prices are too high, you can be assured a freshly prepared and delicious meal made with quality ingredients. This is not a fast food chain. The employees are friendly, hardworking, and courteous. It?s a great family restaurant!
