Kfc - Fort Pierce

Quite possibly the worst KFC I?ve been to. I gave them 3 visits before posting this review. The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible. 1st visit was about a 10 minute wait for food that was already prepared sitting in the trays as Ilistened to an.employee on her phone complaining about a manager that was late or didn?t come in 2nd visit I ordered 2 meals togo. One of which never made it into the bag somehow after I watched her make it. I didn?t see this until 2 in the morning when Iwent warm it up. 3rd visit I ordered a 3 pc and 5pc Nashville hot combo but the cashier was was in her own world and rang up areg 3pc combo. At this point I simply took it because after 3 visits that were terrible, it wasn?t worth trying to get itcorrected. This store needs some serious attention on the customer care side.

The employees and management at this restaurant were quite rude and unprofessional. Initially, an employee informed us that there was no dark meat available, so we adjusted our order accordingly. However, a rude manager later approached us and stated that there was dark meat after all. We went ahead and ordered the food, but after spending $32 on a bucket of greasy and old chicken, we decided to return it for a refund. The manager, who was unpleasant and rude, informed us that they don’t issue refunds. When we requested the store number, her demeanor shifted! Now we’re left waiting for a refund and will be contacting corporate about this experience. The manager's attitude and the quality of the chicken, especially for the price we paid, were completely unacceptable!

I couldn't get the grilled or extra crispy option, so I had to settle for the original recipe. This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. The breading was tough, and both the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes had been sitting out all day and were cold. I won’t be returning to KFC again.

The food was terrible, and it wasn't cooked properly. There was some odd white substance coming out of the chicken.

Wow, the best fresh chicken sandwich I've ever had! I definitely recommend this place! The staff is amazing and the service is super fast. We stumbled upon this fantastic fast-casual restaurant by accident and were pleasantly surprised. You can feel the dedication of the employees in both their service and the food. They really bring back the essence of what KFC used to be. You have to go and eat here — it's definitely worth the trip! Thank you!
