If you're looking for a cozy, home-style atmosphere, this is the place for you! It truly sets the standard for all other restaurants. The breakfast and lunch options are absolutely incredible, with generous portions at very reasonable prices. One of my favorites, the shepherd's pie, has left me disappointed with similar dishes elsewhere. Be sure to check the specialties on their website, especially on Fridays—you might get lucky! Just remember to make a reservation early, as tables fill up quickly!

First, the atmosphere: Poppy's has a very welcoming vibe. The staff greets you with a warm smile and a friendly “Welcome to Poppy's, what can I get for you today?” This creates an inviting environment for your visit. Every day, Poppy's features different specialties on their daily menu, including their amazing "Country Roasted Eggs." Now, let's talk about the food: oh my goodness! I recommend calling ahead because pretty much everything is made from scratch, and depending on your order, it might take a little time to prepare. But that's totally worth it because the food is delicious! From home fries to pancakes, eggs, cookies, omelets, burgers, and more, everything is prepared with great care. You can tell that time is taken to cook each dish perfectly, and that leaves you wanting to come back for more each visit! While it may be a small place, it definitely leaves a lasting impression!

This is the best meal I've ever had! My daughter loves it so much that it's the only thing she'll eat for breakfast. It's just that good!
