Burger King - Fort Polk South

Ordered a milkshake, completely melted by the time I got to the window. Maybe letting it sit in the open window in 80+ degrees, while the four cars in front of me get orders, wasn’t the smartest choice. No refund, no milkshake, handed it back and said I didn’t want a melted milkshake and got, “have a nice day”. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Standard for a military base but kind of messy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Dreadful service. is it too much to ask a simple, common courtesy when talking to customers?

The personal is great and the customers are loud and rude

Very typical burger king in a good center to post location. eating here is always as it should be and the place is clean and well kept. I wish it wasn't.
