Mcdonald's - Fort Saint John

2 stars of service because of a rude manager. I was picking up food I ordered through the app and saw my number as In Progress in their monitor. After couple minutes it was cleared by the staff for some reason without them handing me my order over the counter. I asked them and the manager remarked that it's been a while and someone else might've taken my order making it sound as if it was my fault. Food's great though.

Ordered lunch at the self-service checkout. There was an error and I received the wrong order. The general manager refused to help me and also spoke to me disrespectfully and made fun of me. I ended up missing lunch. Terrible service.

Got the new spicy chicken mccrispy never again it was plain no flavour like a dab of sauce not enough to even cover the bun chicken patty was dry and burnt I love crispy chicken but hard no flavour burnt chicken isn’t crispy chicken sorry

FLY PROBLEM. Probably from all the old ketchup all over the walls.

Well managed, clean, burger and fries both spot on. This is how mc donalds should taste like.
