Poor girl was working by herself but was upbeat and very friendly, sandwich was good.
I get a subway every weekend for my mom, who's in an assisted living. She loves subway.
This location has racial tendencies. I went in began ordering my food simultaneously I here the female employee on the phone with a customer who was ordering 6 foot long subs, which I know because when she ended the call she stated “No he didn’t just call for 6 subs.” By this time my sub is prepared and being wrapped up I was told by the male employee he is not familiar with the cash register to cash me out. I waited 2-3 minutes at the register area to be cashed out. The manager began to prepare a white gentleman’s subs which turned out to be the person who had just called in the order for the 6 subs. I then asked can I be cashed out? The male employee who completed my order then pointed to the female employee and said she has to ring you up. She continued to prepare the 6 subs while the other employees who are apparently is not cashier trained stood back and watched leaving me to stand at the register even longer. She then bagged up his food and converse with him. Blantly ignoring the fact that I have been standing here waiting to be cashed out. Never did she speak to me, not even to say I will be with you in a minute…..nothing. I simply walked out and left the food at the register. She then began to laugh as I walked out. Utterly disgusting behavior displayed by the management of company as large as Subway.
They were out of bread and staff was extremely rude.
