This is what Kalihi food is all about brah. Char Sui Fried Rice is the bomb :

Hole-in-the-wall, no-frills plate lunches. Good portions, good prices, good local food. Their fried pork chops are really good. Definitely stop by if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. Really good selection too. They have a little bit of everything local folks would want to eat.

This is a stop I have to make every time I come to Honolulu. I love the food, prices are incredible, and it's an overall cute, friendly family-operated business. Highly recommended!
