This place is a piece of work. There can be a language barrier at times and there are also issues with hygiene issues as it relates to food service. I went there and a worker left the food area and went out to the tables. When she returned to the food area, she never washed her hands and then proceeded to prepare meals for people. That's nasty!!! She didn't see anything wrong with touching tables and then touching people's food. She got upset when I asked her to wash her hands before she prepared my food.I went and ordered a meal there today and confirmed at the window what I ordered. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect which doesn't surprise me. I asked for the 2 piece Chickenjoy and I asked for it three times because they couldn't hear despite me yelling it the third time. When I asked if I should drive up they could miraculously hear me. I gave my order and paid.I confirmed that I wanted a peach mango pie, but after driving 25 minutes to get to my place, I discovered a nasty Ube pie. You may like their Une pie, but I don't. I literally spit it out and tossed it in the trash. I was so lucky to get a $1.06 credit for their incompetence. The manager on duty then proceeded to tell me I ate it when I hadn't. She is obviously needs to clean her ears or learn to listen.It's bad enough they practically throw the food into the car when you try to put your credit card or cash away. But obviously, the food needs to be checked thoroughly before pulling out the driveway so you aren't charged for something you didn't want.
My experience wasn't too great, but it was still enjoyable. I'm sure there are better locations. The fries tasted not as salty, but I probably should've mentioned that. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. ?
Amazing service! Phenomenal food, chicken and mango peach pie was over the top delicious! Tables are always cleaned regularly and the bathroom is clean every time we go.
We waited for 45 min and when we went up to ask, they said sorry we forgot about you guys. They were serving people who came in after us and blatantly ignored us.Then they asked us to wait another 30min for our food. We were on a schedule to get to the airport on time. We got a refund. We will not be supporting any Jollibee’s anymore. Especially for their discriminatory behavior.
