We tried their buffet and to be frank, the quality of the food was below average, granted it was buffet style but we've had better buffets. The best part was the live fire dancers that performed during my meal, everything else was a let down.
Ah, just get off the plane and put a hungry and tired person in this place, phew...
The show was great. The variety of food was great however my husband and son got a horrible case of food poisoning. The only thing they both had that I escaped was the fried soft shelled crab. They recalled it having a funny taste but it was too late. I'm writing this because 6 days later they're still recovering.
No frills alright! Nothing to see here so move along! Food ok. Not the best place I have visited in Waikiki.
Read the other reviews. I did not eat here. The following was my experience: It was 4:30 pm and I was hungry. The all-you-can-eat for $23 attracted to me to this place. I walked up to the door and was told that they did not open til 5:30 pm. I could wait another hour I thought and I did. I came back at 5:20 p.m. to inquire and the attendant told me to wait by the railing; so I stood behind a family that was already there. Minutes later, a gal and her mom came up to the door and cut to the front of the line having ignored that others had already been waiting...rude. 5:30 p.m. comes around and the Polynesian act comes outside to attract customers...we are still waiting outside. It's now 5:45, 5:50....still waiting; but, the show is still going on outside and the line is getting longer. More and more it started seeming to me that having us wait outside was their way of making it seem like this place is really good and popular. I wouldn't know because I left, I just couldn't wait any longer. Read other reviews for inquiries about food and service.
