Horrible experience, poor customer experience, I ordered 2 medium pizzas the arrived stone cold and I spoke to the manager she was so rude and dismissive and not customer friendly at all ! I will never spend another dime with Pizza Hut!I’m diabetic and I expressed that the manager stated that’s not my concern, I asked to speak with her manager and she transfer me to the call center and the call center was not helpful.I will be reaching out to corporate office and let them know about the poor customer experience . Plus a refundThe message posted below, I filled out the questionnaire and No asked for upper management ti reach out ! No call no response! You can absolutely forget about future business from my family!If you’re seeing this review please don’t take this Review lightly!Don’t do business with Pizza Hut!!
The service here is horrible. I don 't want to be that person, you know, a Karen. But management needs to train their employees better. My first experience here I was helped by a young man. I 'm pretty sure it is his first job. I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza. I paid with cash. When I gave him the money, he disappeared to the back and came out with another employee (possibly a supervisor). I don 't think he knew how to give back change! When he returned my change to me, he just put all the money, paper, and coins in my hand at once. Of course, the coins fell on the ground. Not even a sorry. Next, it took so long to get my food. I could see that they already had some personal pan pizzas in the warmer available for people who just walk in to order. But I still waited. Then, a group of people whom I assumed were the kid 's family comes up to the counter and starters to bother him. They were filming him with their phones and talking to him. He was obviously embarrassed by this and it distracted him from doing his job. Management did nothing to address this issue. I ended up having to wait in line again to ask about my order.Anyway, I just went back today because we like to order taco bell whenever we come to Kahala mall. My daughter doesn 't like tacos, though, so I ordered a personal pan pizza for her again. Once again, this same employee was running the register. I ordered and was waiting for a while again. So, once again I had to wait in line to ask about my pizza. I noticed there were some in the warmer. When I asked him about my order, all he said was oh. No apology, nothing. Management, please train your employees to be my courteous and aware of what they 're doing. I totally get that this is probably the kid 's first job. But that is why management must be there to train them! That 's their responsibility as a manager! I will not go back to this Pizza Hut again.
Best Pizza Hut to go to especially after my kid's games. The worker named Shawn or Sean (sorry I can't remember) was so nice and patient when I was ordering. He made the atmosphere so welcoming! Definitely going here often ??
