Romano's Macaroni Grill - Fort Shafter

Chase was our server and Leila and Amanda came by to say Hi! and make sure my guest and I was comfortable and well served by Chase. Chase as always made sure that we were well taken care of and the food was good, and the drinks were always full. We had a most wonderful time catching up on what is going on and when we should meet up again. My guest lives in the condo across the parking lot and said that he would be coming here with his business partners because of Chase. Thank you very much Chase.

Food was good, restaurant was super busy because of Mother's Day. Orders took longer than normal to come, portions were good we took home leftovers. Over all had a great time would go back.

Leila was a great server. Despite the fact that she was getting overwhelmed with the number of customers coming into her section, she tried her best to keep up and the perspiration on her face showed it. The restaurant wasn't expecting so many customers coming in at that time of day, I guess...but with Mother's Day being the next day, it seemed a lot of families decided to try their luck by coming in early without reservations. The food was good, the ambience was okay with all the chatter, but I think the restaurant should have called in more staff to help.

Great experience always! We love dining here with my family. We've celebrated my boyfriend's early birthday together since he works on his actual birthday. I've decided to treat him to dinner last minute and it was amazing of course. Checked in for our reservation and got seated right away especially with our baby in the stroller. Thank you staff and the chef for such an amazing time yesterday. We will be back again! Mahalos!!!

This is a very consistent and reasonable dinner option especially if you've got a larger group (6+ . The food is good, fresh and tasty. Our server was great but it felt like they may have been a little under staffed. This is normal in today's work environment so I'm not holding it against them because he was very pleasant and as responsive as possible. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and we will be back!
