Starbucks - Fort Shafter

12/23/23 11:45am. As I walked in I noticed a homeless female in line, I was going to buy her a drink meal but the female barista gave it to her immediately for free. It's was as if she knew her. She ignored me, made me wait to order. Another person took my order and then I waited for my drink. The same barista acknowledged another person that came in, he ordered after me and she decided to make his drink before mine. As a paying customer for years with Starbucks and to be treated ignored as if I was trash just because I don't frequent this particular Starbucks lacks professionalism. I won't be returning to this Starbucks. I'm sure they'll do fine, but do see the other reviews of this Starbucks, you'll see there's more issues than what I encountered??. I gave a extra star for the other two employees.

Bought a coffee using the app, had car issues, couldn't be bothered to refund me.

This location is convenient as it's right around the corner from Walmart. I'm here a few times a month. The workers are usually on it. I must have thrown the cashier off today because I bought in two reusable cups. He forgot and had to refund me and re ring the order.Starbucks coffee is ok, but not my favorite. However, I love collecting the stars so that I can exchange it for free cups. I love their cups more than their drinks, lol. The drink that I get most is the iced green tea followed by the chai latte. Once in a while I'll get a frappe. Today I ordered two frozen lemonades and a white chocolate frappe. They offered double stars today.

#Starbucks kapolei is excellent close to other shops and the customer service is okay. Aloha.Parking: When it's busy the parking can get crowded. But there usually is ample parking. Aloha
