SUPER RUDE LADY!!and crusty stale bread too: Was mean to me and my boyfriend both times we went : never going

I work in the building so I come here too many times, too many times in fact that the workers know me. I greatly appreciate the time and work the employees make to keep the place clean and their customer service is on point all the time. They're soo quick and are always soo friendly, the food is always fresh. I always go after one because there's a line during lunch time, but the wait isn't that bad. Give this place a try for quick service served with a smile.

Good serviceand fast , fresh vegetables .. place was clean..reasonably healthy food for lunch

Silly employees who don’t under English and can’t tell between the colors white black and brown, female told me the location was in a brown bldg across aloha tower when in fact it was black and white she tried to make me a veggie pattie sandwich when I order a veggie delite!Vegetarian options: Well the same sandwich was $4 cheaper than discovery bay location which charged me $12.03

Tried to get gift cards but the employee was clearly incompetent. Made me pay for my soup separate from the gift card. Then spent over 5 minutes trying to get $50 of gift cards but she kept charging me $100, $150, and even $200. The line behind me was growing and I said forget it and I left. I can buy them at Longs. This is why I am against $15/hr minimum wage.
