The Signature Prime Steak Seafood

Lovely view. Great service. Fabulous lamb chops. Veal chop was also very good. The rolls were served warm and were light and fluffy. Nice wine selection. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.

Steak was underdone. It took the kitchen a while to bring my plate back and everyone had finished eating by the time it arrived. Instead of comping the meal they comped the cheapest thing on my bill..... $9.95 Mashed Potatoes. It's sad that this place thought that was acceptable compensation. The manager never even came over to address the table. We often heard about how blacks are treated differently in Hawaii and this experience made that clear.

This is my 4th time here, and the happy hour price and atmosphere are excellent. It's better to line up at 16:00 and it's a matter of how you ride the elevator.

Prime rib, rib eye, fillet, and French fries are enough for 4 people. Order drinks and pay around $85 per person with 20% tip.I think the cost performance is good.I thought it was very good because if you try to eat steak of the same quality in Japan, it will be more expensive.

I was blessed to experience fine dining at its best. It was my first time eating at The Signature Prime Steak Seafood. Although it wasn't window seating, the ambiance was so inviting, the waiter was on point, and the food was oh so delicious! ??I had a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon (my favorite) Caymus Special Selection chosen by my date. It was so delicious!?For appetizers, I had the Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake. It was filled with lots of crab and chunks of shrimp. It wasn't like your typical crab cake. This was the best of all the Crab Cakes I've ever had.For starters, I had the Lobster Bisque and Ceasar Salad. The Lobster Bisque was creamy and had a nice portion of lobster in it. I loved it! The presentation of the Ceasar Salad was interesting. I've never seen it presented this way before.For the main entrée, I had the Prime Rib Eye. It was cooked perfectly!!!For the signature sides, I had the Mushroom Risotto with Truffle and a complimentary Rustic Truffle Mashed Potatoes. Yummy!For dessert, I received a complimentary Lilikoi Creme Brulee, and got the Fuji Apple Pie Ala mode. They both were a little rich, but still so good.My compliments to the chef(s) for a delicious meal!?‍? ???I highly recommend eating at this place. Although it was very pricy, it was worth every cent.
