Truckin Delicious - Fort Smith

I had the stuffed tater tots they were superlicous and my husband had the the nacho and he loved them.

My husband and I eat at the truck often. NEVER have we been disappointed in there quality and quantity of their food. Always fresh!

I was not impressed by what I got this evening. We ordered four different items and most of it was very bland. The meatball sandwich was ok, but nothing was worth being a repeat customer. I was really looking forward to trying it but unfortunately it was subpar.

A friend recommended the Cuban sandwich at Peacemaker Festival this weekend, and I had to wait nearly an hour to get it because they were so busy. (good for them! The wait was totally worth it, because the sandwich was absolutely delicious! I'd gladly wait longer for such high quality and tasty food! Great job guys!!

Truckin’ Delicious in Hanalei is indisputably the best Local food we ever had in 22 years of going to Hawaii. It was a food truck but is now a permanent hole in the wall. First the Kalua burrito I’ve only had mediocre Mexican food in Hawaii (LA sets a high bar) this one is on par with Lucky Boy. It’s basically a Lucky Boy breakfast burrito but with fresh Smokey and sweet Kalua pork instead of bacon, and with home guava chili sauce. Next the shrimp plate. It’s more a prawn plate these guys are huge and fresh. And the shrimp sauce is divine, I used it as a consommé dip for the burrito. Mac salad is also super tasty. Finally the kids lunched on Churro French Toast. It’s works very well. Truckin’ Delicious must eat in Kauai!
