Little Caesars Pizza

I really appreciate the food from Cesar's, but the customer service is very slow. It seems like you need more staff. I placed an online order and was promised it would be ready at a specific time, but I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes. Not ideal, but as a loyal customer, I chose to be patient. I suggest hiring more employees and reconsidering your closing hours, which seem to be around 8:30 or 9:00 PM.

When my mother and I arrived at the store at 3 PM, the food wasn’t ready yet. We asked the staff how much longer it would take for the pizza to be prepared, and the guy didn’t give us a clear answer. So, we decided to pick up my brother from school since it was time for dismissal. As we were on our way to school, we called Little Caesars at 2 PM to check on the status of our order. The same guy answered and seemed confused, then abruptly hung up on us. It seemed like our pizzas still weren’t ready, and I couldn't understand why he wouldn’t just tell us. I also noticed that other customers were facing similar issues.

I would suggest completely revamping this establishment! They rarely have their Hot-N-Readys available, and even if you order online, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. DoorDash orders are consistently not ready on time. There definitely needs to be a reorganization of the entire staff.

Waited about 5 minutes just because someone acknowledged that I was there and took my order. It was said that 2 pepperoni pizzas were 10-15 minutes, but ended over 30 minutes. Someone came in two orders behind me ordered 3 pizzas and they got their in front of me. Just a reminder of why I'm never here.

This place is a disaster it is run by teenagers, There?s nothing wrong with teenagers provided they have proper training and proper supervision,no supervision no adult on the premises at all times. Half my orders they get right the other half the orders they don?t get, I called it in, they don?t seem to get it, I ordered at the counter and it still don?t seem to get it, so what is a person to do? And I don?t have anything hot and ready for 4-8 at least never that I?ve walked in there.
