Domino's Pizza - Fort Washington

This is, by far, the worst Domino's in the area. Every time I order from this location, I either receive my food cold or it arrives completely messed up. I tried to place a delivery order and called at 11:45 AM to check on my food. I was told that my order would be canceled because they close at 11:30, not 12:00, so they can leave by midnight. However, their operating hours do not reflect that. I’ve tried reaching out to management, but they are either never in the store or they don’t respond to my messages or calls. The staff and management are terrible. I only order from here because it’s close to home and I can’t leave the house right now. This is the second time I've asked for a refund, and I feel ignored. I've had enough of this careless franchise and will not be spending any more money with them.

The service was ashamed and the food was terrible. My pizza was almost all crust. I couldn't taste a sauce. The pizza was dry. I had better frozen pizzas! And I ordered hot wings, they were also dry! Looks like they blown a little wingshot in the box and missed the wings completely. I wouldn't recommend this Dominos to my worst enemy. You'll never get any more business from me or my family.

At 10:17 I have no order yet! I called the store several times without answering why the order has not yet been received. I talked to Demoney at the branch that I felt decapitated and I didn't care that I was waiting for kids to eat. He gave me the GM number, and when he called, of course, there was no answer! I want all my money back and when I asked for confirmation that my refund has been canceled again. I was forced to leave my house after 10:00 to find food for my children in a school night! This is another terrible experience!

When I made a call, someone answered with a greeting, and I inquired if this was Domino's. I thought I might have dialed the wrong number, but unfortunately, it was indeed Domino's. I placed my pizza order, and when it arrived, it was warm but not hot. The toppings seemed as if they were added after the pizza was cooked, like they just took a pizza that someone had ordered but didn't pick up, added my toppings, and reheated it. I tried to call back to voice my complaint, but there was no answer, likely because it was close to closing time. I've ordered from here before and received good pizza, but it seems inconsistent at this point. There was even a time when I ordered too late, and my pizza never arrived, with no one answering my call then either.

Almost consistently excellent deep dish. Once in a blue moon my pie will have thin areas of cheese, but 99% of the time its on point! Dominos also has the best deep dish of any national pizza chain, hands down. Quality-wise, papa John's prides itself in premium ingredients but honestly I find everything from the Italian sausage to bacon to how they cut their onions better at dominos than papa John's. And you gain free pies with their rewards program faster than papa John's. Great folks working at ft Washington location! Order enough and they even start recognizing you when you walk in!
