Mcdonald's - Fort Washington

I went to the drive through on my way to work. I always get 2 addition sausage egg McMuffins. Instead they gave me 2 sausage McMuffins instead as my additional sandwiches. Then when I called they never picked up.

One of the WORST MCDONALDS EVER! First of you would go around 1 am and up they would always be closed even though it’s a 24 hours McDonald’s and all I got was an apology! Today I go and order a ShamRock McFlurry and I get a regular Oreo McFlurry and not to mention the cup was not filled up all the way. They didn’t give me the regular straw that comes with the McFlurry so all the Oreo was just dumped on top making a big spill when I was mixing it together I find just regular vanilla ice cream! This is ridiculous! They’re number one for messing up ordered! Like who is the manager in this store? It’s almost never a good experience here! If they had the option I would not give not one star to this place! It’s so frustrating because you go expecting to get what you order!

I ordered a filet o fish sandwich with extra tarter sauce and I received a hard and overcooked sandwich with no tarter sauce. I also ordered 2 drinks and nuggets and did not receive my sauce or straws for my drinks. I don't expect 5 star service from McDonald's but yall are slacking at providing the most basic requests. Do better!!!

I ordered through the app and it took about 7-8 minutes to arrive. I was surprised that I had to wait another 5-6 minutes for my chicken nugget Happy Meal and a Quarter Pounder with fries and a drink. It wasn't a large order and the restaurant didn't seem to be very crowded.

The food is generally served hot, and the service is acceptable, but it varies depending on the individual staff member.
