Parking: This Starbucks is located at the Tanger Mall outlet. Lots of parking spaces. I parked there and I take a walk to the Woodrow Wilson bridge. Seems like a lot of people park there to go for a walk to the Harbor or across Woodrow Wilson bridge to Alexandria. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

I would give this Starbucks a zero if I could! The baristas had a bad attitude when I visited around 4:30pm. It took them about 30 minutes to make a tall cappuccino and a tall dragonfruit for me, even though they weren't very busy. It was the worst $10 I've ever spent.
