Arby's - Fort Wayne

Arby's is known for its consistent food quality, but what really sets this location apart is its exceptional service. Even before the pandemic, the staff here was top-notch. Despite the challenges of COVID, they have continued to excel and provide excellent service.

The food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly. In all the times I've visited, I can't remember any mistakes being made. The only issue I have with this restaurant is the drive-through. The layout is confusing and causes many customers to drive over the curb, and the wait times are often very long. However, if you have the time, dining inside is usually a pleasant experience.

Our recent visit to the restaurant was much improved. The staff were more helpful and attentive this time. There were no major issues and the food was served hot. The new nuggets were just okay though, some of them seemed old and were quite hard to chew. Overall, we would prefer old nuggets over having a bad experience like our last visit.

My wife and I had a nice dinner here. the food was good. the parking space is a bit on the small side, make parking and navigate more of a challenge than usual.

Fries were a little shameful, but overall everything was good
