I ordered the reeses peanut butter cup sundae. i didnt receive what i ordered, instead i got the regular reeses item

This place is terrible. not even a dozen eggs. hadn't had the best to make an ice on Sunday. when I asked a question, they took it when I didn't want my order. unfortunately will not be back. I happen to be in the opposite. the ice tags did not match the tastes they had, and the worker did not know what was that. the other employee told me it was a manager decision. I think they need a new manager and friendly staff.

Wow took my granddaughters for ice cream only 12 flavors to choose from. No waffle cones and my spoon was a toaster spoon. When I asked the lady why she really didn't want to answer. She mentioned to me they were cleaning the freezer. No reason for my spoon or waffle cones. Usually the service is much better. Disappointed ?

I walked into the lobby of the location by 740pm. There was one customer ahead of me that was taking her time sampling many different flavors. She finally made her decision, received her scoop, paid for it sat down. The employee came towards me a little bit later and said "I 'm sorry but the Lobby closed at 745pm so if you want anything you will have to go through the drive thru..EVEN THO I WAS IN THE LOBBY PRIOR TO CLOSING! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
