Biggby Coffee - Fort Wayne

I understand that weekend mornings can be quite hectic. I observed many people patiently waiting for their orders. I really hope you can improve the process for takeout orders. Another driver and I waited for over 20 minutes, watching other customers being served around us. The poor kid at the register was handling takeout tickets in a confusing way. At first, I thought one gentleman was only managing the takeout orders, but I soon realized he was actually coordinating food for the entire restaurant. Despite the challenges, your staff did an outstanding job under pressure, and I can't hold them responsible for the long wait.

I love that Biggby is conveniently located on my route. The staff is consistently friendly, and the owner, Yul, along with his wife, are fantastic. They make it a point to remember your name and your favorite latte! They also offer some delicious seasonal latte and coffee options.

Biggby Coffee in Georgetown Square is my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne. The owner is wonderful. My son and I went in there this past Sunday and got a couple of drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. The owner offered to heat up my son 's cookie. The customer service is always amazing. I never just feel like a 'customer ' going on there.

I got brew coffee with mocha extra cream light sugar it was a good roasts and I will go again

Awesome staff, friendly every time I go there. Most all times they have an available Brew just to get in and get out. Vanilla creamer? Zero?
