Bj's Brewhouse Fort Wayne

Very busy, therefore slow service despite reservation. Eating was decent, but not excellent. average to above average experience.

That was delicious. the food order lasted 45 minutes before it was served. the waiter did not return to the table after ordering until we had asked about the order status.

They were made of several articles and the ones I ordered before the table next to me was then outside, but somehow they got two of them. seems our table is the sacrificial lamb.

We had reservations for 4 for 8pm. Arriving on time; we waited 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered drinks immediately and after 10 minutes we ordered Appetizers. We ordered our food at 8:45pm and didn’t get it until 9:55pm and it was warm. One guest didn’t get her food at all until 10:15pm. She asked for a box! Our server was amazing! She was attentive but some things were clearly out of her control. We received a discount… but that meant nothing because we left hungry! We had plans planned already so we couldn’t just stay and re-order! Food service received a ZERO!

We ate before we went to Harlem Globetrotters. Our server, Angel, really made sure we got out of there in a timely manner, but yet made sure we had everything we needed and made our experience great!! Angel was wonderful and we will be requesting her on our next visit.
