Burger King - Fort Wayne

A great experience, never back. they think it's funny to give a vegetarian a chicken sandwich instead of the impossible burger I ordered. if I had eaten it, I could have been very sick. the staff was very rude; there was what looked like spuck on my pommes, and my drink was also wrong. they seemed angry and complained that I was too late when they weren't even close for two hours. don't go here.

Worse breakfast always and bad service. I waited ten minutes until someone took my order from French toast sticks. then I took a bit of my French toast sticks and they were so cheeky that I felt uncomfortable. I wanted to go to the cash register and ask for my money, but no single person was on the counter. So I just threw it away and left. I'll take my money to another place.

Arrived at 10:58 and went on the journey through because I starve for a big mac, but then told me a guy in a very rude and common way that he did not want to serve me because I was on a bike. Why is it important which vehicle I use? I just wanted a big mac! They probably lose an estimated customer. I think sick must get a hepper and some chicken fries from mcdobalds.

Unfortunately no great experience. lobby pop machine not working, not clean, a lady bath from the order, a bundle of acknowledgements left on the counter and an empty coin paper. I got to eat pretty fast and it was good.

I’ve traditionally gotten decent service at this place, but I won’t be coming back after today’s experience. Made a mobile order. Gave them the number at the drive-through. The cashier in a condescending way asked me if that was my name. Laughed. I told her that was the order number and gave her my name. She and someone standing near her started laughing. I chalked it up to a couple of teens feeling silly I suppose. Was surprised to see that they were two older women behind the window that should’ve known better. At the window every time it shut, the lady would yell loudly to smile. Did this to me 2 or three times. After I was given my food, I asked another woman to come over and asked for names so I can report my experience to management. She told me she was the manager and to have a good day and shut the window. I sat there and waited for someone else to come. A third person came also claiming to be the manager and told me to leave after refusing to give me any information to report the experience. Just wanted to pick up my mobile order and had one of the rudest exchanges I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Anyway, just sharing to warn you about what you may encounter. Simple transaction gone wrong for what reason, I have no idea.
