When we came in, the place was not busy and there was no one who greeted us or a sign to say whether we should go in or wait to find space. After a while, someone came and sat down. The food was excellent, and our server was nice. There were many screens to watch sports. Has potential to be a fun place. It only has to work on hospitality as we felt waiting for a long time to be recognized.
The food was good. We had wings and spits. Beer is a little expensive, but it's kind of a hotel bar. TVs are beautiful and place looked clean. Service is always hit or miss. The TVs are some of the best in town.
People were not kidding... I thought maybe people were exaggerating how bad the service was here. No they were exactly correct. Two staff trying to cover the entire bar/restaurant. There were tables that look like they hadn't been bused for at least an hour. The bar was full of empty bottles and cups. I came during the college football championship game and thought they would have staffed it a little better. Wild. Left when the staff unfortunately dropped a tray off food. Felt bad for them but knew it was adding at least 30mins on to the wait.
Worst service ever. The bartender didn’t even pay attention to us and we were sitting right in front of him. Ordered some chili and onion rings, about 25 minutes later we asked the bartender how our food was coming and he acted like he had completely forgotten. 5 minutes later we received stone cold chili and onion rings. The place has a ton of tvs and it’s a great place to watch football but you might as well bring your own food and drinks, they probably wouldn’t even notice.
