Mad Anthony Brewing Company

Went there mid day for a couple drinks and some light bites and it did not disappoint. The food and ambiance is nice. We've also eaten dinner there which was very good as well. They have a great menu.

The food was good as always, service was good as well, but nothing stood out as great. I've yet to find a place that makes a cocktail that you can even detect the flavor of the alcohol used, if my Long Island had tasted like there was any actual alcohol in it it I would of given 5 star's.This is a note to the owner, upon leaving the front of restaurant to leave from the back there was a slight slop that I didn't know was coming up, some sort of caution is needed there.

Really enjoyed the stout they had on tap. I used to stop in here some twenty years ago and my giro dish was still on the menu. They have a jambalaya which is pretty good. Back in the day I was sweating after the second bite. Todays version wasn't so spicy. Which it was. It can with a large salad and a toasted garlic roll. Enjoyed my visit.

Loved almost everything about the place and happy we stopped in. All 6 of my beers in the flight were very good, even the sour which I'm very much not a fan of.Our only complaint was that the vegetation option wasn't the best, got the sweet potato tacos, but they really didn't have much flavor beyond the little bit of sauce squirted on.Oh and the fried egg on the burger had very runny whites which is gross to me.Won't prevent us from going back as overall it was all very good and our server was outstanding.

The food is good (enjoyed two appetizers and a pizza) and the drinks were good. But the service was even better. This is a FW classic destination. Check it out.
