McDonald's Restaurants - Fort Wayne

My man just visited this mcdonald’s on his way from the city and was served this disgusting mocha! Somebody served him this disgusting mud! so disappointing

Not complaining today. I will notice a thing. I wish if the lobby is closed, there would be a nice large the lobby is a closed sign visible from the parking lot. cuz from my car is like a nine step process and if I found that the lobby is closed without having to get out it would save me a bit frustration.

I live this place. No matter what a terrible customer tells them (and I heard it more than once) they are ready with a smile for the next car. Generally, my order is correct. in the case of rare occasions, the error was quickly and correctly addressed. they are good people and everyone should be nice to them. all the time.

Eating was hot and fresh. the dining room was clean. the dining room was from ketchup at 10. I stood on the counter for a few minutes and waited for a few packs. Two workers went by without recognizing me.

The store manager who works in the morning most of the time has no business being in Customer Service. She is rude, and short with me every time I interact with her. She also likes to make sure you know she’s “the store manager.” This morning was the last straw. I will drive to a store 10 minutes out of my way to avoid her bad attitude from now on.
