Wendy's - Fort Wayne

This is a wonderful Wendys. The restaurant was clean and the entire staff was very nice. The food was hot and great. Shannon was our cashier and the person who gave us our food and she was such a nice woman! I haven't seen anyone in a restaurant that was so well maintained and efficient. I wish there were more Shannon in other restaurants. I will definitely come back. In the middle time, Shannon give an increase for an amazing employee!

Great sharp chicken sandwich. The new Pommes are a great improvement. The re-model of the shop is fantastic. Everything's so clean.

Had a mobile order gone strange and did not place my order, but accused me anyway. Mindy, Chris and Kim helped. Great customer service!

The store is always quite clean and the staff is always friendly. They are consistently busy during the day, but keep the line quite stable. If your meal is always wrong, they will always do it right. Never had any big problems or complaints. Come here several times a month.

Food was OK had cold frys and my burger was not made right, but did not complain because I was hungry and it was late. The place was clean and the people were nice!
