As in the title, my partner eating a steak pipe was not happy: vegan 1, omnivorous 0. The menu I saw online was somewhat misleading, because the restaurant changes it every year. I uploaded the 2022 version of it.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. While there were limited options for vegans, I was able to find a lentil soup of the day and Veggie Indonesian fried rice that were both vegan. I didn't want another dry vegan burger, so I opted for these choices and was pleasantly surprised. The prices were pretty high, especially for alcohol.
During our holiday at the campsite, we visited this restaurant one evening and were pleased to find a separate vegan menu available upon request. The menu offered a variety of options for both starters and mains. I opted for the vegetable linguini, followed by a decadent chocolate and coconut dessert. The meal was so enjoyable that we returned for another visit, where I tried the "No Moo" Burger, which was equally delicious. The burger was served with a generous portion of fries.
We went for lunch and found that the vegan options were limited and unappetizing. My friend opted for something from the non-vegan menu and also found it uninspiring. Unfortunately, we decided to go somewhere else. It's a shame because we've heard that the dinner options are much better at this restaurant.
Separate vegan menu with appetizers, main desserts. risotto not very nice. updated by previous review on 2021-06-20
