The price per person was reasonable, averaging around $20-30. I highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank, Beef Shawarma, Kibbeh, and Hummus.
The parking lot at the restaurant is too small considering how busy the strip is. The service is for dining in and the meal type is lunch, with prices per person ranging from $10 to $20. The recommended dish is the Beef Shawarma. Parking is difficult to find but there is a free parking lot available.
I have been regularly ordering the chicken kabob plate at this restaurant and it never fails to impress. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5.
Went for the first time as it is a long way from home but close to my destination. This is the only place in hundreds of miles that serves Dolmades with Avgolemono sauce. Like I used to have it in Athens decades ago. The sauce was good, but not as lemony as the original. On the other hand i ordered Pastitio, another lifetime favorite by which I compare all greek restaurants, to go. Again, it was just okay. But...I did not receive the pita bread with it. I was in a bit of a hurry so I didn't check before I left, and I was miles away by the time i found out. The service , minus the pita problem, was good, pleasant and helpful. Greeted everyone that came in.
Let me start by saying our waiter may be in training but it took him quite a while to come back to get our orders after we closed our menus. Then the food took a really long time — several “to go” orders went out while we waited. He made no attempt to apologize for the delay we were one of three tables seated. He came to check back after our order was eventually delivered and we reminded him of our dessert order (which he needed to ask someone about . Nice kid, just not coming across as an experienced wait person. Now, the food. Was good but not exceptional. I think we had a cup of mayo instead of white sauce or garlic sauce. The tahini was good. The hummus was a good consistency but could have used a little more acid. The falafel were small and almost overcooked. The shawarma (chicken was spiced well but not heavily. The rice was good as were the potatoes. The baklava had a hint of old oil to it (instead of the butter? . Disappointing. Price wise, a bit pricey for the shawarma plate but the falafel plate was a good deal. Not very competitive with the fast food places around and less flavored than the bigger places. Few tweaks could make this all star. But for now, it will be down the list for re trying.
