Arby's - Fort Worth

Ordered the fish and we were very disappointed. The fish was rubbish. Didn't get my crinkle fries. I will not be going back. Don't have money to waste!

This restaurant was amazing! The first time we went to this location everyone was polite, food came out on time and correct, and most of all my Wagu burger was AMAZING! I craved that burger for a week! Then we went back today and I got the same thing but through the drive thru. Amazing attitudes, polite, order was completely correct, nothing cold, and best of all…MY BURGER tasted just like the first!!!! Way to go you guys and you have made a repeat customer time and time again! 10/10 will recommend!

It's been a while since I've been here and I live literally 10 min away from this place but mother suggested it and she always has good suggestions lol. Those damn white cheddar Mac n Cheese! I got the pecan Chicken salad. I asked if the bread comes toasted and I was told yes but it wasn't ? it's ok it is we still pretty good and last but not least the Orange cream Shake was so damn good I wanted a large.

I was parked in the car drive for 15 minutes. Before I came into the windowTheir are 4 people working inside The workers have no sense of urgency When I moved to the window, they took my order back. The article I ordered was not available after another 15 minutes, I got my money back.

Edit: Food was hot and delicious. The person on the window mastered customer service. Dining room closed without signs at the door we went ahead and went thru the ride thru, just a car in front of us, and waiting was ugh. We saw two other car charges of people park, try to enter and go while we waited to give our order. I'm typing this waiting for food, hopefully they won't screw it up because they only have two customers to help at this point. Note: I miss the cheddar melting sandwiches. Beef and Cheddar are not the same.
